Position:Salesforce CRM -Senior Engineer (Level 1)Job Description:Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions leveraging Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.Develop and maintain integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems through secure APIs and middleware.Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, data models, and deployment procedures.Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and maintainability of delivered solutions.Identify, analyze, and resolve complex application issues, providing root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.Participate in code reviews, enforce development standards, and promote best practices across the Salesforce development team.Contribute to Agile development activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, while ensuring continuous improvement in delivery quality and efficiency.Location:IN-MH-Pune, India-Blue Ridge-Hinjewadi (eInfochips)Time Type:Full timeJob Category:Engineering Services .

If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
