Senior Data Analyst

We at Verdantas, looking for Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable insights, with a strong focus on data governance, including establishing clear KPI definitions, standardizing business logic, and performing rigorous data validation to ensure reliable metrics for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain advanced analytics systems that simplify complex data problems into actionable insights. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement. Create comprehensive reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization to support business decisions. Evaluate and improve internal data handling systems to ensure data integrity, efficiency, and accuracy. Collaborate with managers and users to gather requirements, ensure data solutions meet business needs, and maintain strong relationships across departments. Design and implement data acquisition processes, ensuring scalability and performance optimization of the solution. Create and maintain interactive data visualizations from multiple data sources, helping decision-makers understand key metrics and KPIs. Continuously analyze data to answer key questions and provide strategic recommendations to improve productivity and efficiency. Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 410 years of experience in Data Analyst experience. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and transformation. Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Working knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for statistical analysis and automation. Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of data modeling, schema design (star/snowflake schemas), and statistical hypothesis testing. Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of translating complex metric logic into plain business Soft Skills Strong analytical and problemsolving skills High attention to detail and quality mindset Clear communication skills for working with crossfunctional teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment .
