Business Intelligence & Design Consultant Interior Design Industry | Bengaluru Experience: 35 Years Compensation: 40,00050,000 per month + Performance Incentives Location: Bengaluru Joining date: 15-9-2026 Role OverviewKAARYA is looking for a dynamic professional from the interior design industry who can combine design understanding, client consulting, business thinking and mentoring. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working beyond pure design aesthetics and is interested in understanding client requirements, preparing solutions, reviewing business processes and supporting partner studios more closely. Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client requirements, budgets and project expectations.Prepare and review BOQs, quotations, mood boards and layouts.Create practical design solutions for residential interior projects.Work confidently on AutoCAD and SketchUp.Review design presentations and support client discussions.Handle pricing discussions, negotiations and client concerns professionally.Coordinate with partner studios during ongoing project discussions.Review workflows, documentation, CRM updates and consultation processes.Support the creation and improvement of SOPs and internal systems.Guide and mentor junior consultants/designers where required.Review BOQs, presentations and client communication prepared by studio teams.Identify gaps in process and suggest practical improvements.What Were Looking For35 years of experience in the interior design industry.Strong understanding of residential interiors.Good knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.Ability to prepare BOQs, mood boards and basic space-planning solutions.Confident client communication and presentation skills.Comfortable handling pricing and negotiation discussions.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.Interest in mentoring and guiding other team members.Ability to manage multiple studio requirements in a structured manner.Curious about the business and operational side of the interior design industry.Preferred ProfileSomeone who enjoys being involved in both design and decision-making. A person who can understand a space, explain a solution clearly, review numbers, guide a team and help improve how an interior design studio operates. Growth OpportunityThe role will initially include close mentoring and hand-holding from KAARYAs Founder. Over time, the person will independently manage consultations, review partner-studio processes and take on larger mentoring and business-support responsibilities.
