Server Full-time On-site Hospitality Role

About the roleWe are looking for a friendly and reliable Server to join our onsite hospitality team in Kochi. This fulltime position involves delivering a welcoming atmosphere and attentive service to every guest.Key responsibilitiesGreet guests, present menus and take orders accurately.Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.Set up and clear tables, maintaining a clean dining area.Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.Process payments using the restaurants pointofsale (POS) system.Answer guest questions about menu items and accommodate special requests when possible.Adhere to all food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.Maintain a professional appearance and contribute to a positive guest experience.Required profilePrevious experience as a server, waitstaff or other frontofhouse role, preferably in a restaurant, caf or hotel.Strong customerservice skills with clear communication and a friendly demeanor.Ability to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Familiarity with basic food and beverage service and menu descriptions.Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene and compliance with safety standards.Physical ability to stand, walk for extended periods and carry trays safely.Reliable timemanagement and willingness to work varied shifts.High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or certifications are a plus.Comfortable working in a diverse team and interacting respectfully with guests from various backgrounds.Required skillsOperation of pointofsale (POS) system. .
