1. Function as technical lead for Windows, Active Directory environment, provide oversight on daily activities to set priorities, function as mentor, help with problem escalation, and communicate significant problems or issues 2. Perform capacity planning, upgrades and expansion of Active Directory environment 3. Participate in the analysis, design and implementation of future infrastructure systems and services 4. Participate in the analysis and redesign of existing infrastructure systems and services 5. Participate in the identification of vulnerabilities and their mitigation 6. Create and maintain documentation on SOPs and System Design 7. Research, evaluate, recommend and implement new technologies 8. Maintain effective communications with vendors, peers and clients in support of assigned projects 9. Knowledge on the replication process, workflow in details and should be able to explain the architecture 10. Knowledge about troubleshooting ADDS/AD LDS Replication/Azure AD/ Azure AD Connect 11. Understanding about Kerberos and KDC, types of tickets and should be able to explain how Kerberos authentication works how NTLM authentication works. Understanding a network trace to troubleshoot Kerberos and NTLM issues 12. Knowldge of Patching tool, ISMS 13. Linux administration RequirementsB.Tech (CS)/ MCA Technical Experience : 1. Minimum 5 years overall IT experience with 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Directory services 2. Managing administering multiple Active Directory Forests and Domains for a large, geographically dispersed enterprise 3. Experience with Windows Server 2019/22 and Active Directory 2019 and 2022. Experience in administering DNS, WINS, DHCP and PKI 4. In-depth knowledge of Active directory, ADFS, DFSR, DHCP, AD Certificates DNS. Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Terminal Server, ADFS and Azure Active Directory 5. Possess experience in Microsoft Windows Administration with solid exposure to implementing/supporting Microsoft Active Directory Services 6. Hands-on experience in managing Multiple Domains and Forests, Groups, Users, Service and Computer Accounts 7. Good experience in supporting AD Lightweight Directory Services, AD Federation Services/ SSO, LDAP, etc. 8. Good understanding of DHCP, DNS, WINS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, LDAP, etc. 9. Well exposed to implementing and troubleshooting Identity Management settings, Security and Audit Policy Settings, and Group Policy Management 10. Experienced in managing Active Directory Certificate Services 11. Proven experience in performing server upgrades, migration, patch management, and allied tasks 12. Good to Possess PowerShell skills to support administration/automation 13. Well exposed to handling escalations, change control requirements, incident and problem resolution mechanisms; handle incident management and problem management tasks by performing proper troubleshooting, root cause analysis and remediation 14. Experienced in evaluating application level alerts, performing health checks and application service restoration tasks 15. Support application deployments in production environments 16. Creating and Maintaining technical documentation/SOPs 17. Managing ManageEngine Endpoint Central for EndPoint management 18. Windows and Linux administration 19.
