This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical exposure to enterprise-level software testing practices and work closely with cross-functional teams in a professional IT environment. Key Responsibilities: Review and understand business and functional requirements Design and execute test cases for web and/or mobile applications Perform manual testing including functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure timely resolution of issues Assist in the preparation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans and test reports Participate in QA meetings, status updates, and review sessions Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree (completed or pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline Fundamental understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Knowledge of manual testing methodologies and testing techniques Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) is preferred Basic knowledge of databases (SQL), APIs, or test automation concepts is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High level of attention to detail and quality Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment What We Offer: Structured on-the-job training and mentorship Exposure to live projects and industry-standard QA practices Professional work environment with learning and development opportunities Internship completion certificate Potential opportunity for full-time employment based on performance and business requirements .
