What youll be responsible forYou will own the growth of EPRISEs B2B business across General Trade and distribution channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and expanding our General Trade (GT) network across key markets. - Onboarding distributors, super stockists, wholesalers, traders, and retail partners. - Identifying new business opportunities and opening new territories. - Driving primary and secondary sales growth through strong channel execution. - Developing scalable distribution and market expansion strategies. - Building long-term relationships with channel partners and key accounts. - Negotiating commercial terms and closing strategic partnerships. - Tracking sales performance, market penetration, and distributor productivity. - Collaborating with founders on pricing, trade schemes, product launches, and growth initiatives. - Bringing innovative ideas that improve market share, channel efficiency, and revenue growth.
