Experience Requirement: 10-15+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development. 3-5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Architect. Hands-on expertise in Stored Procedures, Packages, Functions, Triggers, Views, and Scheduler Jobs. Strong experience in production support, troubleshooting, impact analysis, and performance tuning. Proven experience in mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving architecture decisions.
