Hiring: Apptio / TBM Support Specialist-- Immediate Joiners Only Location: Bangalore / Chennai Experience: 10+ Years Mandatory Skill: Apptio / MOT Key Responsibilities Handle complex Apptio issues escalated from L1/L2 support.Support TBM modules including budgeting, forecasting, and costing.Troubleshoot data load failures, ETL issues, mapping errors, and API ingestion problems.Monitor system health, scheduled jobs, and model performance.Support dashboards, reports, KPI views, and financial outputs.Coordinate with Apptio Support and third-party vendors for platform-level issues.Collaborate with TBM Office, IT Finance, Cloud/Infra, and ERP/Data teams.Maintain SOPs, KEDBs, documentation, data governance, and financial controls.
