Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT & Network Engineer to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and support the organizations IT infrastructure, networking systems, and technology operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling internal IT support, network management, server and system maintenance, cybersecurity basics, device configurations, and technical troubleshooting for office and project-related operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and management for seamless IT operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and network devices. Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Manage user accounts, system access, email configurations, and IT asset records. Configure and maintain firewalls, routers, access points, and network security systems. Provide technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, software, and communication systems. Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, system security, and cybersecurity best practices. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT purchases, AMC support, and repairs. Monitor server health, storage, system performance, and network uptime. Support CCTV, access control, smart automation, and IP-based systems integration where required. Maintain IT documentation, network diagrams, configuration records, and troubleshooting logs. Assist in implementation of cloud services, remote access solutions, and collaboration tools. Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic system audits. Ensure compliance with company IT policies, SOPs, and security guidelines. Support project teams during installation, commissioning, and network integration activities. Stay updated with latest IT technologies, networking trends, and cybersecurity practices. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Electronics, or related field. Least 1 year of experience in IT support, networking, or system administration. Strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Routing, and Switching. Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and structured networking. Knowledge of Windows systems, basic Linux administration, and Office 365/Google Workspace. Familiarity with CCTV, IP-based systems, and smart automation networking is an added advantage. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Understanding of cybersecurity, antivirus, firewall, and backup management. Ability to maintain IT documentation and system records. Strong communication and coordination skills. Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+, or similar are an added advantage. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
