Senior / Lead Business Analyst - Life Science and Pharma

We are seeking a Senior / Lead Business Analyst to act as the key medium between the Product Owner, Stakeholders and Dev QA teams, who are all geared towards growth and development of one or multiple offerings within the Delivery platform. With an innovative analyst mindset and client needs in mind, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. We expect you to be a critical thinker who can analyze problems, ideate, document effectively and communicate with clarity. Responsibilities Analyze business processes, gather requirements, identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivityCollaborate closely with Product Owner and stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for development and QA teamsConvert product roadmap features into technical specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria and integration detailsSupport the product vision and roadmap by providing technical insights and feasibility analysisPerform data analysis and system impact assessments, working with partner teams to ensure accurate and actionable insightsAct as a technical subject matter expert, offering solutions for complex use cases and integration scenariosParticipate in UAT and technical validation, ensuring requirements are met and systems function as intendedMonitor and evaluate technical progress, recommending improvements to optimize performance and scalabilityIdentify and mitigate technical impediments to ensure successful completion of sprint and release goalsServe as a bridge between business and development teams, ensuring clarity on technical requirements and prioritiesTrack commitments, dependencies and ensure alignment with customer expectationsSynthesize input from multiple stakeholders to maximize delivered value Requirements 6 to 15 years of experience in IT, with around 7 years as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in software development or data-driven projectsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related fieldExpertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, BRD and FRDSkills in stakeholder management and Life Science / Pharma domainProficiency in SQL, data analysis and data visualization tools such as Power BIKnowledge of web technologies, API integrations and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex technical requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholdersCompetency in requirements gathering techniques, technical documentation and process modelingFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Flexibility to use Microsoft Visio, JIRA and Confluence along with API documentation toolsCapability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Nice to have Master's degreeCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)AWS/Azure Cloud Certification .
