It integrates 180+ agents that orchestrate end-to-end processes across Order-to-Cash, Close & Reconciliation, Consolidation & Reporting, Accounts Payable, B2B Payments, and Treasury. With a 3-6 month go-live period, HighRadius drives value creation at 1300+ enterprises such as 3M, Unilever, Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Red Bull, Lufthansa, and more. We are seeking a highly experienced Java Architect with a minimum of 8+ years of professional expertise to drive the evolution of our software ecosystem. This role is pivotal in managing the transition and coexistence of monolithic and microservices architectures. You will lead the design of high-level and low-level system structures, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and built on solid OOPS principles and J2EE standards. Oversee the strategic decomposition of monolithic applications into modular microservices while maintaining system stability and performance. Technical Leadership: Act as the primary authority on Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principles and J2EE design patterns to ensure code maintainability. Data Architecture: Design and optimize complex SQL schemas and data access layers to handle high-concurrency environments. Experience: 8+ years in software engineering with at least 3+ years in an architect or lead role. Proven track record in designing and deploying both Monolithic and Microservices architectures. Core Technology Stack: Mastery of Java , J2EE (EJB, JSP, Servlets), and modern frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot. Database Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SQL , including performance tuning, indexing strategies, and complex query optimization. Foundational Excellence: Strong command of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and SOLID principles. Experience with cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Knowledge of NoSQL databases and event-driven messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ). .
