We are seeking a Lead / Senior AWS Connect Engineer with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice to design, build, and maintain complex system integrations across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AWS cloud services and contact center technologies to develop scalable, secure, and effective integration solutions that connect Amazon Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud and other enterprise systems. Responsibilities Design and implement integrations between Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud (SCV), Verint, Cerner, Marketing Cloud, and other systems using APIs, SDKs, and AWS services Development of custom solutions to synchronize and transfer data between systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity Configuration and maintenance of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, SNS, and DynamoDB to support integration workflows Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to improve system reliability and efficiency Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, business analysts, and system administrators to define integration requirements Design scalable solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives Build AI-powered applications such as chatbots, copilots, knowledge assistants, and document processing solutions Evaluation and fine-tuning of LLM-based use cases for business scenarios Integration of GenAI models with enterprise applications and APIs Implementation of secure AI architectures aligned with enterprise and regulatory standards Ensure data privacy, model governance, and responsible AI practices Requirements 5 to 12 years of experience in system integration projects, particularly involving Amazon Connect, Salesforce Service Cloud (SCV), Verint, Cerner, Marketing Cloud, and AWS services Expertise in AWS cloud services, particularly in designing and implementing serverless architectures using AWS Lamb .
