Role Description The AWS Solution Architect Associate Trainer will deliver structured, hands-on training programs focused on AWS solution architecture concepts and best practices. This is a contract, on-site role based in Muzaffarpur, involving classroom sessions, labs, and mentoring for learners preparing for AWS Solution Architect Associate certification and related roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating training content, creating practical use cases and demos, guiding participants through AWS services and architectures, and assessing learner progress through assignments and evaluations. The Trainer will collaborate with corporate and institutional partners to align training outcomes with industry expectations and may contribute to customized training modules for specific client requirements. Qualifications Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS-based systems.Consulting experience, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical training scenarios.Background in Software Development, with practical exposure to cloud-native applications and related tools.Experience in Integration and Business Process design, covering workflows, system interactions, and optimization.AWS Solution Architect Associate certification (or equivalent knowledge) and familiarity with core AWS services.Proven experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or mentor in cloud technologies or related domains.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible terms.Ability to conduct on-site training in Muzaffarpur and manage interactive sessions, labs, and assessments.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Experience working with corporate or academic training programs and a commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching. .
