Sr. UI/UX Designer/Product Designer (Hyderabad)

Senior UI/UX / Product Designer Location: Hybrid(Hyderabad) Experience: 8 - 10 Years Domain: Telecom / Enterprise / Retail Primary Tool: Figma Role Overview We are looking for a Senior UI/UX / Product Designer from Product base company with strong experience in designing enterprise-grade, responsive and scalable digital products. The candidate will work closely with Product, Business, Engineering, Architecture and QA teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences from discovery and user journeys through high-fidelity UI, prototyping, developer handoff and design QA. Key Responsibilities - Conduct UX discovery, stakeholder workshops and requirement analysis. - Create personas, user journeys, user flows and information architecture. - Develop wireframes, interaction flows and interactive prototypes. - Design high-fidelity desktop, responsive and tablet experiences. - Design enterprise dashboards, transactional workflows and complex user journeys. - Define loading, error, validation, empty, success and exceptional states. - Build and maintain scalable Figma design systems, components, variants and design tokens. - Provide development-ready designs and detailed interaction/validation specifications. - Collaborate with developers and support design QA to ensure implementation matches approved designs. Must-Have Skills - 810 years of relevant UI/UX or Product Design experience. - Advanced hands-on Figma expertise. - Strong UX skills: user journeys, flows, IA, wireframing and prototyping. - Solid enterprise UI and responsive design experience. - Experience with components, variants, Auto Layout and design systems. - Working knowledge of accessibility / WCAG 2.1. - Experience preparing developer handoff specifications and conducting design QA. - Understanding of REST APIs and frontend implementation constraints. - Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering and Business teams.
