Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior Developer Intern to join our development team. As a Junior Developer Intern, you will support the team in building, testing, and improving web applications. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications across frontend and backend layers. Write clean, readable, and maintainable code under guidance from senior developers. Participate in bug fixing, troubleshooting, testing, and performance improvements. Work with version control systems such as Git for code collaboration and tracking changes. Assist in integrating APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services. Use AI-assisted development tools to support coding, debugging, code review, documentation, test case generation, and faster issue resolution, while validating outputs for accuracy and quality. Leverage AI tools to improve development productivity, understand unfamiliar codebases, and accelerate learning of frameworks, libraries, and best practices. Learn and follow coding standards, development workflows, and deployment practices. Actively participate in team discussions, sprint planning, reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions. RequirementsMust-Have Skills Basic understanding of frontend-development concepts and responsive web design. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. Familiarity with at least one modern frontend framework such as React.js or Angular. Basic understanding of Node.js and backend development concepts. Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture. Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL at a foundational level. Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub or other version control tools. Understanding of debugging, testing, and problem-solving fundamentals. Comfort using AI-assisted developer tools for code suggestions, debugging support, documentation, learning assistance, and productivity improvement with proper human review. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly in a project environment. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
