About the Role Were seeking a reliable Office Administrator / Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and support day-to-day office administration. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensure smooth office workflows, and assist with basic HR, finance, and facilities tasks. Key Responsibilities - Greet visitors, manage visitor log, and maintain a qualified reception area. - Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails; take accurate messages. - Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services. - Maintain office supplies inventory; place orders and track deliveries. - Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and travel arrangements. - Support basic HR tasks: onboarding paperwork, maintaining employee records, and coordinating interviews. - Assist with invoice processing, petty cash, and simple bookkeeping tasks as required. - Ensure office equipment is functioning; coordinate IT/facilities support. - Maintain office cleanliness, filing systems, and document archival. - Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and occasional reports. - Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and support team requests. - Travel for giving demos and client consultations. Required Qualifications & Skills - Diploma/degree in business administration or related field preferred. - 23 years experience in reception, office administration, or similar role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented demeanor. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with basic office technology. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. - Basic understanding of bookkeeping and office procedures. Nice-to-have - Experience with HRIS, accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero), or CRM systems. - Familiarity with workplace safety and compliance procedures. - Local language proficiency (if applicable .
