We are looking for an Azure Solutions Architect with 8+ years of experience who can assess on-premises infrastructure, design secure and scalable Azure solutions, lead cloud migration projects, support pre-sales activities, and guide delivery teams. Strong Azure architecture, migration, automation (Terraform/Bicep), networking, security, and Azure certification (AZ-305) are essential. Role & Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of customer on-premises datacenter settings including compute, storage, networking, and application dependencies Perform infrastructure discovery using agentless and agent-based tools to collect configuration data, performance metrics, and network dependency mappings Analyze existing workloads to determine cloud readiness, migration complexity, and optimal migration strategies (re-host, re-platform, re-factor, re-architect) Develop directional business cases including TCO analysis, projected cloud costs, right-sizing recommendations, and ROI projections Assess application interdependencies, data flows, and integration patterns to define migration wave planning Evaluate existing licensing models and recommend optimization strategies (BYOL, License Included, etc.) Document current-state architecture, identify technical debt, and recommend modernization opportunities Preferred candidate profile: 8+ years Azure experience Azure Solutions Architect Expert AZ-305 Strong Azure Architecture & Migration Experience with Azure Migrate / ASR Azure Landing Zone Solid Azure Networking & Security Terraform / Bicep / ARM Experience leading large-scale migrations (100+ servers) Customer-facing / pre-sales + solutioning Strong stakeholder management Strongly Preferred VMware / vSphere Hyper-V AKS / Kubernetes ExpressRoute Entra ID Defender for Cloud / Sentinel Azure DevOps Azure Site Recovery Azure Arc Azure Well-Architected Framework Cloud Adoption Framework Positive to Have Multi-cloud AWS/GCP Azure AI Azure Data services FinOps Azure VMware Solution Compliance knowledge .
