AI-assisted production will be integrated throughout CAIZONs character-development and cinematic pipeline. Applications will be reviewed only if the candidate demonstrates: Current hands-on proficiency with Higgsfield Cinema StudioCurrent hands-on proficiency with Runway or a comparable controlled AI video workflowExperience with at least one editable AI motion pipeline such as Autodesk Flow Studio, Rokoko Vision or DeepMotionExperience with Meshy, Tripo or a comparable AI-assisted 3D asset workflowProfessional production capability in Blender or MayaCharacter cinematic experience using Unreal Engine 5, Blender or an equivalent production renderer Using an AI interface is not sufficient. Candidates must be able to integrate AI outputs into an editable 3D production pipeline, correct the results manually and maintain character consistency across multiple shots. ABOUT CAIZON CAIZON is building original character IP from India for the world, beginning with NOKO and expanding into multiple independent characters, stories and universes. We are hiring a primary in-house 3D production contributor who can translate approved character briefs, scripts and visual direction into reusable 3D characters, supporting assets, cinematic tests and polished proof-of-concept content. THE ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Leading the hands-on development of stylized 3D characters from approved concepts through modelling, sculpting, topology, UVs, texturing, materials and look developmentCreating body and facial rigs suitable for performance tests, short-form animation and trailer productionProducing expression sets, pose libraries and reusable animation assetsCreating supporting props, modular environments and world-building assetsTranslating approved scripts and storyboards into animatics, shot layouts, camera staging, character performances, lighting and rendered sequencesApplying Higgsfield, Runway and other approved AI tools to previsualisation, camera exploration, performance transfer, shot development, cleanup and controlled enhancementUsing editable AI motion workflows and manually correcting retargeting, contact, deformation and animation problemsUsing AI-assisted 3D tools for props, environments, blockouts, materials and variationsMaintaining character proportions, materials, expressions and visual identity across 3D and AI-assisted outputsMaintaining organised source files, naming standards, version histories, prompts, workflow files and production documentationPreparing characters, rigs, textures and animation assets for future episodic-production partnersAssembling and delivering trailer sequences with approved support for voice, music, sound, advanced FX or specialist finishing MANDATORY PORTFOLIO SUBMISSION Applications without all the following materials will not be reviewed: 1. Character asset breakdown One stylized character showing final renders, topology or wireframe, UVs, textures, rig controls and deformation or expression tests. 2. Character-driven cinematic work One moving sequence showing character animation, cameras, lighting and final rendering. Static character renders are not sufficient. 3. AI production case study One or more character-led sequences demonstrating hands-on use of Higgsfield Cinema Studio and Runway or a comparable controlled workflow. 4. Editable AI-assisted workflow One example using Autodesk Flow Studio, Rokoko Vision, DeepMotion, Meshy, Tripo, ComfyUI or a comparable tool alongside Blender, Maya or Unreal. 5. Production breakdown A short breakdown identifying: Exact tools and model versionsOriginal inputs and referencesWhat AI generatedWhat was manually modelled, rigged, animated or correctedEditable source files that remain after generationHow character drift was controlledApproximate production time savedLicence and provenance of external assets6. Personal contribution A clear explanation of what the candidate personally modelled, textured, rigged, animated, lit, generated, rendered and edited. AI-only showreels, prompt collections, unexplained generated clips, architecture-only portfolios, product-rendering-only portfolios and static character portfolios will not be shortlisted. IP AND CONFIDENTIALITY This role involves unreleased CAIZON characters, worlds, scripts and production materials. All concepts, characters, models, rigs, textures, animation, prompts, workflows, outputs, source files and derivative work created for CAIZON projects form part of CAIZONs proprietary company work product under the employment agreement.
