The role focuses on producing high-quality videos for digital campaigns, social media, branding, product marketing, and client communication.ResponsibilitiesCreate motion graphics, reels, explainers, promotional videos, and brand campaignsDevelop storyboards and turn concepts into polished video contentEdit videos with typography, transitions, motion effects, and sound synchronizationOptimize content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, and websitesUse AI tools for ideation, asset generation, video enhancement, subtitles, and voiceoversCreate supporting thumbnails, banners, presentation visuals, and social media creativesCollaborate with creative, marketing, and client-facing teamsManage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environmentRequirementsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere ProWorking knowledge of Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative CloudStrong understanding of animation, typography, pacing, storytelling, and soundExperience creating short-form and long-form commercial videosHands-on experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, or PikaAbility to integrate AI-generated assets into traditional design and video workflowsStrong graphic design and brand consistency skillsExcellent communication, collaboration, and time-management abilitiesStrong portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion design, video editing, and AI-enabled creative work .
