Graphic Designer - Specialist GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE: The Design Specialist builds on foundational proposal production skills to deliver accurate, brandaligned design and formatting work with increasing independence. This role supports onshore design managers and proposal teams by owning defined deliverables, resolving routine formatting and layout issues, and consistently meeting fastpaced deadlines while continuing to deepen Global Sales & Marketing Support and proposal workflow proficiency. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Design Development Execute proposal formatting, layout, and template updates with limited supervision, escalating only non-standard requests Apply company brand standards accurately to proposal and presentation materials Build and refine proposal pages and Power Point slides using established layouts (e.g., section dividers, agendas, case studies, and biographies) Create and update intermediate complexity visuals (icons, simple diagrams, tables, and basic data visuals) to support proposal narratives Document Production and Quality Control Perform quality control (styles, spacing, alignment, consistency, and version checks) and correct issues proactively before submission Collaboration and Delivery Manage multiple tasks concurrently, communicating status, risks, and clarifying questions to onshore partners in a timely manner Provide informal guidance to Analyst I team members on process, formatting standards, and best practices as needed Technology and AI Enablement Support minor template improvements and reusable assets to reduce rework and improve speedtodelivery Use workflow tools (including Teams, Share Point, One Drive, ) to improve efficiency, transparency, and consistency across assigned deliverables Use approved AI tools with guidance to improve speed and accuracy on routine production tasks while adhering to governance and confidentiality requirements Qualification Criteria SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Excellent communication skills with 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience with a Graduate / Post Graduate Degree Strong attention to detail with the ability to self-check and correct formatting and layout issues Solid foundational design and layout skills (typography, spacing, hierarchy, and consistency) Proficient in MS Power Point and Word; confident working within complex, template-driven documents Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-turn environment Clear communication skills for clarifying requirements, sharing progress, and escalating risks early Comfort receiving feedback and applying it quickly to improve quality and efficiency Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) Apply governance requirements consistently when using workflow tools and approved AI, including correct file hygiene, version control, and appropriate escalation of uncertainties #Graphic Designer #Design Specialist #Proposal Design #Brand Design #Power Point Design #Adobe Creative Suite #Visual Design #Layout Design #Presentation Design #Document Design #Design Careers #Creative Jobs #Consulting Careers #GSMS #Global Sales Support #Quality Control #AIEnabled Design #Hiring Now #We Are Hiring #Job Alert #Bangalore Jobs #Creative Talent #Design Jobs #Talent Et Au Dela #Proposal Management .
