AI/ML Intern

Role: AI/ML Internship Location: Mumbai Duration: 6 Months (Work from Office) About us: Established in 2017 in the UK, Percipere is a fast-growing Premier Process Integrator for ERP and Process re-engineering engagements that works with leading clients in Europe, Americas, Middle East and India. We have ambitious growth targets in the APAC market, and this role will play a pivotal role in helping achieve these targets. Responsibilities: Research and stay updated on emerging Generative AI topics, tools, and best practices.Design, build, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including data ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and vector database integration.Develop, test, and refine prompt engineering techniques to improve output quality and consistency of LLM-based solutions.Build and experiment with Agentic AI workflows and AI agents for automating multi-step tasks.Write clean, efficient Python code to implement and optimize LLM-based algorithms.Collaborate with the team on research and problem-solving in GenAI and AI applications.Gain hands-on experience with popular ML/GenAI frameworks and tools (e.g., Lang Chain, Llama Index, Hugging Face, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, vector databases).Use Git for version control, code collaboration, and maintaining clean project repositories.Contribute to AI-driven solutions for real-world business challenges.Document experiments, findings, and technical approaches clearly for the team.Qualifications and Skills Required: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or any related field.Foundational understanding of Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).Exposure to or willingness to learn RAG architecture, prompt engineering, and Agentic AI/AI agent frameworks.Proficiency in Python programming language, with familiarity in relevant libraries.Basic knowledge of Git/version control practices.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to quickly learn new technologies and methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a curiosity for experimentation.Job Type: Internship Compensation: 5,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you available for in-office internship in Mumbai for 6 months Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)Work Location: In person .
