Job Overview As a member of the Automotive Sector - Performance Materials Value Driver, the Product Marketing Analyst will oversee New Product launches and repromotion programs across the entire customer ecosystem from strategy, to execution, to reporting driving prospect engagements, customer acquisition, and revenue generation. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Global Marketing Performance Materials, the ideal candidate will ensure marketing projects are completed on-time, within allocated budget, meeting all defined KPIs, and with documentation that is in-line with TE standards and procedures. He or she will also build reports that communicate strategic plans, content and successes of marketing activities. To be successful in this role, the Product Marketing Analyst will need to build broad-based, strategic relationships, inspiring the confidence and trust of various key members of our Performance Materials business. He or she will also interact with other segment marketers across TE, sales teams, and other business functions, and outside agencies. Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of our new product roadmap and legacy product promotions by leading marketing programs that support a variety of global stakeholders across multiple businesses, balancing multiple concurrent assignments with shifting priorities across a shared resource pool in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Create effective product promotion campaigns by working with internal and external creative resources to develop content that results in lead generation and product sales to support both high impact product launches and drive incremental revenue for our legacy portfolio.Develop strong product messaging and positioning that focuses on key product and/or TE differentiators to tell a compelling story to drive lead generation and conversion KPIs.Manage the product launch process for general-market NPI with Product Management, ensuring new products are sales ready, both for direct and distribution customers.Integrate distribution partners marketing programs into all relevant product marketing plans by collaborating with Channel Marketing and Sales organizations around the world.Define, measure and report on the return of all demand marketing activities and investments.Develop strong local market knowledge about industries and customers to add regional specifics to all work.Ensure all global product marketing plans for new or legacy products include messaging that is relevant and impactful globally.Work with the global marketing team as a product expert, providing guidance and suggestions for featured products in various integrated and channel marketing campaigns and promotions.Manage assigned budget in line with plan.Creation of sales enablement tools and training programs for the BU sales, Solution Center, and Channel partners teamsWork collaboratively with Shared services, external freelancers, vendors and agencies.Support other Performance Materials marketing-related projects as required Mandate Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Management or Marketing required. MBA preferred. 5+ years in a Marketing role at a global technology or manufacturing company, with a minimum of 2 years experience in Product Marketing.Ability to communicate with and influence international internal business partners with whom no direct reporting relationship exists.Demonstrated ability to lead and drive projects to completion.Fluency in English is required.Proven track-record of strategic thinking and taking initiative on new ideas and problem solving.Experience with web/digital marketing, and content production.Knowledgeable on current marketing trends and practices.Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross functional teams within a global organization.Curious and genuinely interested in learning the business to enhance growth marketing programs.Dynamic and high energy team player who can collaborate with a global team.Mature, credible, patient, and persuasive.Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action.Strong business acumen; sound business-sense and judgment.Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.Ability to work independently, able to multi-task and perform under pressure and willing to roll-up sleeves and do the work required for flawless execution.Flexibility to develop strong relationships with multiple departments in a large, matrix organization.Strong ability to communicate the value of a wide range of technical products in a complex, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.Exceptional attention to detail, quality-focused, and meticulous follow-through capabilities.Able to work with teams and influence without authority to ensure deadlines are met and goals are .
