What you'll own We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our enterprise operations team, supporting the enterprise-wide implementation and optimisation of Salesforce across Enterprise (LOB). This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions that enable end users to effectively leverage the Salesforce ecosystem; including agentforce, data 360 and experience cloud to name a few tools. You will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into high-quality solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and delivery standards. Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions across the platform, covering all aspects of the system lifecycle Support end-user implementation and adoption of Salesforce capabilities across the enterprise customer lifecycle Collaborate as an agile delivery team (Scrum or Kanban) to deliver regular incremental value Manage and track work items using JIRA, ensuring clear documentation and traceability of requirements Contribute to and operate within a CI/CD pipeline, ensuring robust and reliable deployments Design scalable and maintainable solutions aligned to best practices and governance standards Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve platform performance What you bring Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience within sales and/or service cloud core components. Proven ability to deliver across the full Salesforce development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support) Additional experience with, or willingness to learn: Agentforce Data Cloud / Data 360 MuleSoft (for integrations) Experience Cloud Tableau Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools Experience with SOAP/REST API integrations Deep knowledge of Salesforce security features (field-level security, profiles and permissions) Additional exposure to prompt builders would be beneficial Understanding of software development lifecycle, including SAFe Agile Strong communication skills both written and verbal, including working with stakeholders as well as evidential problem solving skills.
