We are looking for an Enterprise Delivery Lead Engineer to own the execution of complex, production-grade AI implementations for global enterprise clients. You will bridge the gap between solution architecture and production engineering, taking high-level pre-sales requirements, refining technical designs with customers, and leading implementations from architecture through go-live. The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions: Enterprise Delivery: Lead enterprise implementation programs from solution handoff through production go-live.Translate high-level solution concepts into scalable, production-ready implementations.Work directly with enterprise architects and technical stakeholders to refine integration designs.Act as the primary technical point of contact between customers and internal Product/Engineering teams.Drive technical issue resolution and remove implementation roadblocks. Integration Architecture: Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems including CRM, HR, OMS, Inventory, TMS, and e-commerce platforms.Build bidirectional integrations using REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and middleware.Work with telephony and contact-centre technologies such as SIP, VoIP, and CTI.Review code, evaluate APIs, design data architectures, and write integration logic when required. Security and Compliance: Implement enterprise authentication and access controls using Okta, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, SAML, OAuth, and related technologies.Ensure enterprise deployments meet security, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements. Technical Leadership: Mentor Delivery Engineers, Integration Engineers, and Prompt Engineers.Establish reusable integration patterns, deployment frameworks, and technical documentation.Drive engineering best practices across enterprise implementations. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in technical delivery, integration architecture, solution engineering, or customer-facing engineering.Proven experience taking enterprise applications from architecture/design through production deployment.Strong experience working directly with enterprise architects and senior technical stakeholders.Hands-on experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integrations.Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as CRM, HR, OMS, Inventory, TMS, or e-commerce systems.Strong understanding of enterprise security, IAM, SSO, Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD, SAML, and OAuth.Ability to review code, troubleshoot integrations, and participate in technical architecture discussions.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical presentation skills. Good to Have: Experience with AI/LLMs, Generative AI, or Agentic AI.Prompt engineering experience.Experience with telephony/contact-center technologies such as SIP, VoIP, or CTI.Experience with enterprise middleware and integration platforms.Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience working with global/US enterprise customers.Strong ownership of end-to-end enterprise delivery.Hands-on technical and problem-solving mindset.Ability to communicate effectively with both engineering teams and C-suite stakeholders.Strong architectural thinking and integration expertise.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth AI environment. .
