SAP ABAP Consultant HR (HCM) | 5+ Years | Bhopal Onsite | Contract We are hiring an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with strong SAP HR/HCM experience for an immediate contract requirement at our client location in Bhopal. Role: SAP ABAP Consultant HR (HCM) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Bhopal Client Location, Onsite Employment Type: C2C / Contract Duration: 6 Months, with potential extension up to 1 Year Budget: 1.20 Lakh per Month + GST Requirement: Immediate Notice Period: Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice periods preferred Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs based on business requirements.Work on ABAP development and customization within the SAP HR/HCM environment.Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and other ABAP objects.Understand functional requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Debug and troubleshoot existing SAP applications and resolve technical issues.Support SAP HCM integrations and data exchange requirements.Perform code analysis and performance optimization.Participate in testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support activities.Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, business users, and technical teams.Maintain technical documentation and follow SAP development standards and best practices.Mandatory Skills 5+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP experience.Strong SAP ABAP development experience.Good working experience with SAP HR / SAP HCM.Strong knowledge of ABAP debugging and troubleshooting.Experience developing Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, and Forms.Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.Strong problem-solving and production support skills.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Must be willing to work onsite from Bhopal.Preferred Skills SAP HCM-related development project experience.SAP HCM integration exposure.ABAP performance optimization experience.Production support and application maintenance experience.Good understanding of the SAP development lifecycle.Ideal Candidate We are looking for a hands-on SAP ABAP professional who combines strong technical ABAP expertise with practical SAP HR/HCM experience and can independently handle development, debugging, enhancements, and support activities.
