Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer (L2) to support, administer, and maintain NetSuite and related enterprise business applications. This is a hands-on application administration and support role focused on operational stability, user support, system configuration, access administration, incident resolution, and integration monitoring. We are looking for a support professional who has administered and configured NetSuite in a production environment, while also having exposure to adjacent enterprise applications and integrations such as Workday, Salesforce, Boomi, SuiteScript support, APIs, middleware, or ERP data flows. Shift timing - 6pm to 3am Requirements 5+ years of experience in application support, ERP support, SaaS administration, or systems administration.Hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration experience in a production environment.Practical experience with user onboarding, offboarding, access changes, role management, permissions, security administration, workflows, saved searches, reporting, dashboards, and rate table configuration.Experience supporting business-critical applications and resolving L2 incidents and service requests.Ability to work directly with business users, internal teams, and external vendors.Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and follow-through skills.Ability to operate independently in a remote support model.Nice to have Salesforce administration or application support experience.Workday administration or application support experience.Boomi administration, monitoring, or integration support experience.Exposure to ERP integrations, middleware platforms, APIs, data flows, or interface troubleshooting.SuiteScript troubleshooting or support exposure for existing scripts. Development ownership is not required.Experience supporting a global user base across multiple time zones.Experience working in an IT service management environment, including incident, request, problem, and change management.Preferred Certifications NetSuite Administrator Certification.Salesforce Administrator Certification.Workday certification or formal Workday administration training.Boomi certification or integration platform training.ITIL Foundation or equivalent service management certification. Responsibilities NetSuite Administration and L2 Support Administer and support the NetSuite platform on a day-to-day basis.Configure and maintain user accounts, roles, permissions, access controls, and security settings.Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and access changes within NetSuite.Configure and maintain workflows, approval paths, system settings, business configurations, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.Configure and maintain rate tables and pricing-related configurations where applicable.Support NetSuite releases, regression testing, validation activities, and post-release checks.Maintain application support documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.Application Support Operations Serve as the L2 escalation point for business application incidents and service requests.Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues within agreed service levels.Work with business users to understand issues, reproduce problems, and provide practical resolutions or workarounds.Coordinate with vendors, implementation partners, or L3 resources when escalation is required.Identify recurring issues and support root cause analysis, problem management, and knowledge article creation.Follow change management practices for approved configuration updates.Security, Access, and Compliance Support Provision, modify, and deprovision user access across supported applications.Perform role and permission reviews to support access governance requirements.Ensure user access follows least-privilege principles and company standards.Support audit requests by providing evidence related to access, configuration, and support activity.Enterprise Application and Integration Support Support integrated enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, Boomi, finance systems, HR systems, procurement platforms, and other SaaS business applications.Monitor application integrations, interface health, scheduled jobs, and data flow issues.Troubleshoot integration failures, data mismatches, and synchronization issues in coordination with vendors or technical teams.Support testing activities for configuration, integration, and application changes.Use SuiteScript knowledge, where available, to troubleshoot and support existing scripts only.
