Role Description The Manager of Sales Application is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing and optimizing sales application processes and tools. This role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, including monitoring application performance, ensuring accurate data flow, and coordinating with sales, customer service, and technical teams. The manager will analyze sales metrics, identify process improvements, support business planning activities, and contribute to the design and implementation of sales strategies. Daily tasks include resolving application-related issues, training team members on tools and workflows, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to align sales applications with business goals. The role requires a hands-on approach to improving efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and supporting revenue growth. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, monitor application performance, and identify opportunities for process optimization.Business Planning and Sales Operations experience to support forecasting, pipeline management, and execution of sales strategies.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams, engage with clients, and address application-related concerns effectively.Ability to manage and coordinate Sales Operations activities, including reporting, documentation, and workflow improvements.Proven experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales systems management, preferably within a technology or solutions-driven environment.Comfort with CRM platforms, sales tools, and basic data analysis software; familiarity with implementation or configuration of sales applications is an advantage.Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive cross-functional initiatives. .
