Trainee - Fire and Life safety Consulting

Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in Fire and Safety, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building Services or a related discipline. Strong logical reasoning and technical interpretation skills. Ability to understand or quickly learn architectural and engineering drawings. Strong written and verbal communication. Comfortable using digital and AI-assisted platforms for code research, drawing review and technical documentation. AutoCAD, Revit, BIM or related digital-design capability is preferred. Programming or data-analysis knowledge will be an advantage but is not mandatory. Strong attention to detail, curiosity and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Learn and interpret UAE, Saudi and international FLS codes and standards. Review architectural drawings and identify potential compliance gaps. Assist in preparing FLS strategies, reports, drawing mark-ups and compliance schedules. Use appropriate digital and AI-assisted tools to support code research and drawing review. Independently verify digital outputs against applicable codes and project information. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers and internal project teams. Develop technical-writing and client-communication capabilities. Progressively coordinate defined projects based on demonstrated competence. Selection Process Candidates will undergo a practical assessment covering: Logical reasoning and technical comprehension Interpretation of a short code requirement Understanding of a basic architectural floor plan Written communication Digital aptitude and responsible use of AI tools Academic results will be considered; however, selection will primarily depend on analytical ability, drawing aptitude, communication, digital capability, and learning potential. .
