Role Description The Banker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolhapur. This role involves assisting customers with opening and managing accounts, processing deposits and withdrawals, and handling day-to-day banking transactions at the branch. The Banker will provide guidance on loan products, savings schemes, and other financial services, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities include verifying documentation, maintaining accurate records, complying with regulatory and bank policies, and using banking software to process and monitor transactions. The role also includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to branch targets and operational efficiency.
