Manager Risk & Controls | India CTC: 16LPA We are hiring a Manager Risk & Controls in India to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate organisational risks while strengthening the effectiveness of internal controls. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across financial, operational, and compliance areas.Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.Design and implement controls to address identified risks and regulatory requirements.Lead internal control testing, including scoping, execution, documentation, and reporting.Develop and execute control testing plans and communicate findings to stakeholders.Provide training and mentorship to junior risk analysts and team members.Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.Required Skills & Qualifications 58 years of experience in Controls Management and Controls Self-Assessment.Strong knowledge of risk and controls management frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in risk and controls management software/tools.Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the Banking & Finance industry is essential.Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters preferred.Professional certifications such as CRA, CRMP, or equivalent.Understanding of at least one of the following:Corporate & Institutional Banking, including Financial MarketsTransaction BankingCredit Risk MonitoringLocation: India Experience: 58 Years Industry: Banking & Finance Role: Manager Risk & Controls Compensation: From 1,600,000.00 per year Work Location: In person .
