Role Description This is a full time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Field Sales Executive will visit schools, coaching centers, and bookstores to introduce and promote Studymaxxs Class 6 series and other upcoming educational products. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential customers, giving product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits, and handling inquiries. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with school authorities, distributors, and retailers, as well as collecting market feedback and reporting it to the sales and product teams. The Field Sales Executive will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, preparing basic sales reports, and participating in local marketing or outreach activities. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with school decision-makers, educators, parents, and distributors. Candidates should possess skills in negotiation, persuasion, and basic sales closing techniques to convert leads into orders. Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to plan daily visits, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of meetings and outcomes. Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business. Candidates should possess basic market research and observation skills to identify opportunities, understand local competition, and share insights with the team. Prior field sales experience, preferably in publishing, education, or FMCG, will be an advantage. Candidates should be comfortable traveling within Delhi and nearby areas and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic proficiency in English and Hindi is required .
