Role Description The Sales Manager / Regional Head Healthcare is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for driving regional sales growth in the healthcare segment, managing key client accounts, and developing new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include leading and mentoring the sales team, setting and monitoring sales targets, managing sales operations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to healthcare clients. The position involves building long-term relationships with decision-makers, forecasting and reporting sales performance, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and contributing to regional sales strategies. The role requires regular client meetings, market research, and proactive identification of opportunities to expand Corp Placements presence in the healthcare domain. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Strong skills in Business Development and Account Management, particularly in the healthcare or related sectors.Experience in Sales Operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and use of CRM or similar tools.Ability to lead and develop sales teams, with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level clients.Proven capability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities in a regional role.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.Knowledge of the Indian healthcare market and prior experience in healthcare staffing, solutions, or services is highly beneficial. .
