Strategy Analyst (CA Intermediate) Location: Gurgaon Department: Renewals Strategy Experience: 03 years Qualification: CA Intermediate (Mandatory) About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented CA Intermediate candidate to join our team. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving business problems, and driving strategic initiatives through analysis and insights. The candidate will work closely with business leaders on analytical projects, process improvements, performance tracking, and strategic initiatives that directly impact business outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights. - Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and analytical models. - Support strategic initiatives by conducting data-driven analysis and presenting actionable recommendations. - Handle complex analytical assignments independently with minimal supervision. - Perform ad hoc business analysis to support decision-making. - Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-backed solutions. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and execute business initiatives. - Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of analytical outputs. Required Skills - CA Intermediate qualified (Mandatory). - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: - Pivot Tables - XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP - INDEX-MATCH - Advanced formulas - Data cleaning and manipulation - Charts and dashboards - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Comfortable working with large datasets. - Excellent logical reasoning and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines. - Good communication and presentation skills. Preferred Skills - Knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL, or Power BI is an added advantage. - Experience in financial services, insurance, consulting, or analytics is preferred but not mandatory. - Familiarity with business strategy, operational analytics, or performance management will be a plus.
