The Role As a Relationship Manager, you will be an important part of our client-facing team. You will build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, understand their financial requirements, facilitate suitable financial product transactions, and ensure an exceptional client experience. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, developing business, and creating long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. * Meet clients regularly and understand their financial goals and requirements. * Generate and follow up on leads through networking, references, and local market outreach. * Explain relevant financial products, processes, features, risks, and documentation using approved company/product material. * Facilitate mutual fund transactions and related client services through the companys authorized platforms. * Assist clients with onboarding, KYC, SIPs, investments, redemptions, switches, and other permitted service requirements. * Coordinate with internal teams, AMCs, RTAs, and service partners for timely resolution of client requests. * Maintain accurate records of client meetings, leads, follow-ups, and transactions. * Contribute towards business development and client servicing objectives. * Share client feedback and market opportunities with the management team. * Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and regulatory compliance. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. * Experience in mutual funds, banking, insurance, financial services, or relationship management will be an advantage. * Knowledge of the Sambalpur/local market will be an added advantage. * Relevant financial market certification will be preferred.
