Relationship Officer(HL & LAP experience)

Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and performance-driven Relationship Officer to manage direct market sourcing for affordable loan products. In this role, you will acquire new customers, process loan paperwork, and ensure high portfolio quality with timely recoveries. Key Responsibilities Direct Market Sourcing: Identify and acquire new customers for affordable loan products directly from the market.Documentation & Processing: Collect required KYC/financial documents, explain terms, and complete loan files accurately.Portfolio & Recovery: Conduct client visits, monitor loan utilization, and ensure zero defaults on repayments.Compliance: Adhere strictly to credit policy guidelines and internal banking processes. Key Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of direct field sourcing experience in:Affordable MSME Loans / LAP (Loan Against Property), ORAffordable Home Loans (HL)Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.Credit Score: CIBIL score must be 700 or above.Career Gap: Maximum 4 months allowed (for candidates currently not working).
