Job Title: Documentation Executive Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Department: Documentation / Project Coordination Job Summary We are looking for a Documentation Executive to manage project documentation, data entry, and record maintenance. The candidate should have good knowledge of ERP software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update project documents and records.Enter, verify, and update data in the ERP system.Prepare reports and documents using MS Excel and MS Word.Maintain accurate daily documentation and records.Coordinate with project and site teams for required documents and information.Organize and maintain digital and physical records.Ensure timely submission of project documentation.Support routine documentation and administrative activities.Required Skills Working knowledge of ERP software.Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.Good typing and data-entry skills.Good communication and coordination skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage daily documentation independently.Experience 12 years of experience in documentation, data entry, administration, ERP operations, or a similar role.
