Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor (Internal Hiring) Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor Salary: 70,000.00 to 80,000.00 INR Job Requirements BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.510 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying.Experience in cost estimation, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, tendering, and commercial management.Good knowledge of project specifications, drawings, contracts, and commercial documentation.Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.Key Responsibilities Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and commercial documents.Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents.Monitor project quantities, costs, variations, and financial progress.Prepare interim payment applications, valuations, variation claims, and final accounts.Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and prepare comparison statements.Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets.Identify cost variations and provide recommendations to project management.Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients regarding commercial matters.Maintain accurate records of project quantities, costs, variations, claims, and contractual documents.Support contract administration and ensure compliance with project and client requirements.Prepare regular commercial and cost reports for management.Compensation: 70,000.00 - 80,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
