About the Role Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects by: Understanding customer business processes and requirementsSupporting SIT, UAT and Go-Live activitiesResponsibilities SAP Business Process Expertise Understand and validate end-to-end SAP business processes across multiple functional areas.Design functional scenarios covering:Standard business processesCross-functional integrationException handlingBusiness validationsNegative scenariosEnd-to-end process flowsCollaborate with business users to ensure processes align with business objectives.SAP Functional Testing Design and execute:Functional TestingIntegration Testing (SIT)Regression TestingUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)Smoke TestingResponsibilities include:Preparing test strategiesWriting test scenariosCreating detailed test casesExecuting testsDefect identification and root cause analysisWorking with functional and development teams for issue resolutionSAP Test Automation Identify automation opportunities within SAP business processes.Work with automation teams to:Convert manual test cases into automated testsValidate automated test executionMaintain regression suitesImprove automation coverageSupport continuous testing initiativesExperience with Qyrus is highly preferred. Experience with other SAP automation platforms is acceptable.Customer Collaboration Work directly with:Business Process OwnersSAP Functional ConsultantsProject ManagersQA TeamsAutomation EngineersParticipate in: Requirement discussionsSolution walkthroughsTest planning workshopsDefect triage meetingsRelease readiness reviewsQualifications Mandatory Experience Overall 7+ years experience in SAP. SAP Functional ConsultingMinimum 35 years of hands-on SAP Functional Consulting experience.Must have participated in one or more SAP implementation projects in a functional consulting capacity.Must have performed configuration and business process design activities.Candidate should have hands-on experience in activities such as:Business requirement gatheringBusiness process mappingSAP configuration/customizationPreparing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)Coordinating RICEFW developmentsFunctional unit testingConfiguration validationIntegration testing supportUser Acceptance Testing supportCutover and Go-Live activitiesHypercare/support after deploymentSAP Testing Minimum 2 years of SAP Functional Testing experience.Experience preparing and executing:SITUATRegression TestingEnd-to-End Business Process TestingSAP Test Automation Minimum 1 year of experience working with SAP Test Automation.Experience creating, executing, or maintaining automated SAP test cases.Good understanding of automation lifecycle and regression suite management.Preferred Skills Preferred SAP Functional ModulesStrong experience in one or more of:Project Systems (PS)Plant Maintenance (PM)Sales & Distribution (SD)Finance (FI)Exposure to MM, PP, QM, EAM, or Asset Management is an added advantage.Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with implementation experience in the following industries will be preferred:ManufacturingOil & GasSupply Chain & Logistics .
