What Youll Do: Lead and grow strategic poultry accounts focusing on feed additives, nutrition, and pharmaceutical products. Develop and execute innovative sales and techno-commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Build strong partnerships with poultry consultants, nutritionists, veterinarians, and farm decision-makers. Drive portfolio performance, ensuring disciplined, professional, and profit-focused operations. Collaborate across functions and with industry experts to identify growth opportunities and expand business in key territories. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in poultry feed additives, nutrition, or pharma sales/marketing. Strong relationship-building skills with integrators, consultants, and industry stakeholders. Track record of leading top accounts and achieving revenue targets. Strategic thinker with business acumen, analytical skills, and leadership experience.
