Proficiency in Excel is a MUST with Good written and spoken English. Flexible to work on Saturday & Sunday shift is must with day offs on weekdays. Salary bracket 20,000 to 25,000 p.m. Job description: Supporting the Accounts & Finance department. Routine clerical and accounting tasks. Database updating, Reconciliations, Preparing & maintaining Reports and completing basic book-keeping and accounting duties for the company. Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings Competent to perform multi-tasking financial, customer oriented and accounting office support duties. Strong organizational skills and ability to priorities the tasks to meet tight deadlines. Qualifications: Good command over spoken and written English language. Proficiency in email drafting. Proven experience for minimum 1 year as a junior account executive Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen Valuable understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software Qualifications (B.com) is a plus but not required .
