ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Conducts post-production audits of development costs to validate accuracy and completeness. Supports reputed company financial reporting processes in accordance with GAAP. Provides cost summaries and variance analysis to support leadership decision-making. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate cost allocation and project closeout. Creates project performance reporting to effectively communicate property tax variances. Owns and maintains detailed records of property tax bills, payments, assessment notices, and appeals for reputed companys entire reputed company estate portfolio.
