Team Lead Last Mile Operations Company: Delhivery Location: Kaniyur, Coimbatore Salary: 23,000 Take-Home per month Experience: 1+ year in Logistics / Last Mile / E-commerce Operations Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Team Lead Last Mile Operations to manage day-to-day delivery operations, lead delivery teams, and ensure shipments are delivered within the defined SLA. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure smooth execution. - Supervise Delivery Executives and monitor their daily productivity. - Plan and allocate manpower and delivery routes based on shipment volume. - Monitor shipment status, delivery performance, and SLA adherence. - Track pending, undelivered, and RTO shipments and take corrective action. - Handle operational escalations and resolve delivery-related issues. - Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and productivity of the delivery team. - Coordinate with Hub, Customer Service, and other teams for smooth shipment movement. - Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational processes. - Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and performance metrics. Candidate Requirements - Minimum 1+ year of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, supply chain, or last-mile operations. - Prior experience in team handling and delivery operations will be preferred. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. - Ability to work in rotational shifts. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
