The role As the Enterprise User Experience Leader (UX Lead), you will shape how users understand, navigate, and complete sophisticated investment management workflows. You will work across discovery, problem framing, interaction design, prototyping, validation, specification, and delivery support. This role is suited for a UX qualified who can balance user needs, business rules, data complexity, technical constraints, and delivery realities. You will partner closely with Product, Business Analysis, Engineering, QA, and Delivery to create experiences that are intuitive, consistent, scalable, and enterprise-grade. You will not simply produce screens. You will clarify workflows, reduce cognitive load, define reusable interaction patterns, improve design quality, and help teams make better product decisions earlier.
