Role Description The Parent Relationship Executive Sales & Support is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role focuses on engaging and supporting parents as key stakeholders, handling inquiries, and providing clear information about programs, offerings, and processes. The executive will manage outbound and inbound calls, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and follow up on leads to drive enrollment and retention.
