About the job: Ads Operations Associate (Ads Business) Location: Bangalore About the Team The Ads team at Navi is responsible for delivering personalised and contextually relevant advertisements to customers within the app. By leveraging user insights and data-driven targeting, the team ensures ads feel like a natural and helpful part of the customer journey, ultimately driving both user satisfaction and incremental revenue for the business. About the Role As an Ads Operations Associate, you will support the execution of advertising campaigns on the Navi app by coordinating with internal teams and external partners. You will help manage campaign launches, track performance and data, maintain reports and trackers, and support billing and operational workflows. This role offers hands-on exposure to how a digital ads business runs end-to-end and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment. What We Expect From You Account Management: Work with the business head to manage partner relationships, and day to day operations for partners.Reporting: Share regular status updates, dashboards and trackers with business teamsLaunch New Partners: Facilitate, set up, and provide operational support for new ad partners, setting them up for success on the Navi platform.Program Management: Work with internal teams (inc finance, product, analytics and marketing) to help drive business operations for partners.Manage Escalations: Act as the L2 for all partner escalations. Flag delays or issues to the right stakeholders with suggested next steps or alternate plans.Process Management: Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies in day to day business by working closely with internal/external teams. Must Haves Experience: 0-1 years of experience in operations or business roles (consumer tech preferred).Tools: Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; basic familiarity with data concepts.Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with internal and external teams.
