Relationship Manager - Fresher

About the job: We are looking for a relationship-driven professional who can build long-term trust with investors, strengthen existing client relationships, and contribute to AUM growth through referrals and new client acquisition. The role requires regular client engagement, understanding financial needs, conducting portfolio discussions, and helping clients take informed financial decisions through mutual funds, insurance, and structured financial solutions. The candidate should also be comfortable conducting financial awareness sessions in schools, colleges, corporates, and community groups. Key Responsibilities: A. Client relationship management: 1. Meet existing investors regularly and maintain strong long-term relationships 2. Handle servicing needs and ensure smooth client experience 3. Conduct periodic portfolio discussions 4. Understand changing financial priorities of clients B. AUM growth & business development: 1. Generate additional investments from existing clients 2. Take references and convert relationship opportunities into new acquisitions 3. Support growth in client assets under management C. Financial awareness sessions: 1. Conduct financial literacy sessions in schools, colleges, corporates, and social groups 2. Explain financial concepts in simple language 3. Build trust-led visibility for the organisation D. Investment & protection solutions: 1. Basic advisory support in mutual funds and insurance 2.
