Junior SDET (AI Quality Engineering) Experience: 2 to 3 Years Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Junior SDET (Python - AI Quality Engineering) to join our growing Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, hands-on experience in automation testing, and an interest in emerging AI and GenAI technologies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on next-generation AI-powered applications, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions while building robust test frameworks and quality engineering practices. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks, utilities, and testing accelerators using Python. - Execute functional, integration, regression, and API testing for web and mobile applications. - Validate AI-powered applications, chatbots, copilots, and conversational systems. - Develop test scenarios for prompt validation, response evaluation, and AI workflow testing. - Perform AI-specific quality validations including hallucination detection, output quality assessment, and model behavior testing. - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and quality engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases. - Participate in automation strategy, continuous testing, and test optimization initiatives. - Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and drive quality improvements across development lifecycles. Required Skills - 2 to 3 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering. - Strong programming skills in Python. - Hands-on experience in test automation for web, mobile, or API applications. - Good understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and QA best practices. - Exposure to automation frameworks and test scripting. - Robust analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities. - Excellente communication and collaboration skills.
