About Axibator Axibator is a hybrid incubator and growth accelerator supporting early-stage startups across AI, SaaS, and developer ecosystems. We currently work with 40+ startups (scaling to 100+ annually) and have built an ecosystem of 95+ global partners, including Cloudflare, Notion, ElevenLabs, JetBrains, HubSpot, Apollo, Databricks, and others. Role: Associate COO (Early-Career) Founding Team This is not a typical operations role. You will assist in establishing Axibator by collaborating directly with founders, programs, and execution. What you will do: Manage day-to-day execution across cohorts and founder programs Coordinate with founders, mentors, and partners Track startup progress and ensure deliverables move Support community, sessions, and ecosystem operations Act as the execution bridge between strategy and action Who should apply: 02 years of experience (strict) Final-year student or recent graduate (20242026) Strong interest in startups and building Prior experience in startups / E-Cell / projects/hackathons preferred Compensation: Initial 3 months: Unpaid (learning + ownership phase) Post that: Paid / Equity / Core team role based on performance What youll gain: Direct exposure to the startup ecosystem Work closely with founders and operators Fast growth into Operations Lead / Program Head roles .
