Location: Bengaluru/ Gurgaon Experience: 510 Years Key Responsibilities Manage PMO activities across multiple projects and operational initiatives Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items Prepare MIS reports, KPI dashboards, RAG status reports, and management presentations Maintain RAID logs, decision logs, action trackers, and governance documentation Coordinate with internal teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership Monitor operational performance, SLAs, resource utilization, workload, and capacity Support budget tracking, forecasting, cost monitoring, and variance reporting Organize governance meetings, prepare MoMs, track actions, and drive closure Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and ensure timely escalation Support continuous improvement initiatives across processes, reporting, and governance Ensure adherence to PMO processes, controls, timelines, and reporting standards Must-Have Skills PMO / Project Management experience Strong experience in Support & Operations / Service Delivery environments Excellent project tracking and governance skills MIS, KPI & dashboard reporting RAID / Risk / Issue / Dependency management Stakeholder and vendor management Resource & capacity tracking Budget / financial tracking Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Excellent communication and coordination skills Exposure to working with global stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
